David will be the keynote for a session with the theme of “Keeping pace with the rest of the World – are we keeping up?” and we’re very pleased that he’s able to join us in Christchurch for this event.

David Gardiner Intermountain Healthcare – Assistant Vice President of Care Transformation Services

David Gardiner has worked for Intermountain Healthcare for over twenty-four years.  Over this time, he has held positions of Strategic Planner, Project Manager – Quality Management, Manager – Clinical Programs, Director – Financial Operations, Director – Clinical Operations, Chief Operating Officer- Central Laboratory and Chief Operating Officer – LDS Hospital.  In 2014, David was asked by Intermountain senior leadership to operationally lead the iCentra Project and oversee development and implementation efforts across the organization.  He is currently the Chief Operations Officer for Care Transformation and is working to innovate the future of healthcare at Intermountain Healthcare.  David holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in biology and chemistry, a Masters of Public Health, a Masters of Healthcare Administration, and a Masters of Business Administration.
