A health informatics conference, ISHIMR is being held in the southern hemisphere, here in Auckland, for the first time. Organised jointly by Massey University and the University of Sheffield, ISHIMR 2008 brings together people who are carrying out, or are interested in, research and progress in health information management and health informatics.  This year’s theme is “The Changing Face of Health Informatics and Health Information Management.”
