  • The current situation that the project is seeking to address and what will change if the project is successfully implemented.
  • The business requirements.
  • The high level design of the solution.
  • The outline plan for the project, including the high level estimates and the schedule of the key phases and milestones.
  • The high level business case including the projected benefits the initial implementation for the project and potential downstream benefits from subsequent implementations.

The Cluster will work with the project team to complete the Project Concept Brief, providing project governance and overall project directorship. The Cluster will also contribute expertise in the areas project contractual frameworks and potential sources of funding.

QUOTE OF THE DAY

It’s difficult to say exactly why or one single thing about New Zealand but to me New Zealand is like drinking from a spring in terms of the freshness that’s there, I’m so impressed with the students and the university I believe there’s enormous potential.

Professor Tom Furness, HIT LabNZ, University of Washington, 2002
