The Health Information Standards Orgnisation (HISO) is seeking nominations to an Expert Advisory Committee (EAC) from your members and/or nominated representation from your organisation.
The committee's purpose is to assess and make recommendations regading establishing a Medicines Terminology standard for New Zealand the approach to achieve this, starting with assessing the adoption and adaption of the Australian Medicines Terminology (AMT). Key dates to note are:
- The Closing date for receipt of Nominations is 28 March 2008
- Appointments will be confirmed by 2 April 2008
- The first meeting of the EAC is scheduled for 10 April 2008
