Under the terms of the agreement, Jade will continue to provide research and development, and application support and systems management services to Ascribe plc (Ascribe). Ascribe will assume ownership of the software, undertake marketing and business development and assume responsibility for the health customer relationship management.

Ascribe is a health IT group with offices in the UK, Australia and New Zealand and is focussed on the delivery of software solutions to the international healthcare market. Ascribe's strategy is to build on its current position in the market through acquisitions of proven healthcare IT systems.
