2nd HIPS Privacy Seminar
Final Review of ALRC Recommendations
The Australian Law AReform Commission (ALRC) has issued what will probably be its final discussion paper before releasing its recommendations for Australia's privacy laws.
HISA's Health Information Privacy and Security Group (HIPS) is holding a seminar/workshop in Sydney on Thursday 22 November to review the proposed changes in light of the important issues facing health information privacy in Australia. The output from this workshop will be used to build a response to the ALRC discussion paper.
This seminar features some of the leading speakers in health information privacy in Australia and will provide you with the opportunity of debating key issues facing this sector.
This will probably be your last chance to have your say on proposals that will have a fundamental impact on the progression of eHealth in Australia.
