Profile - Endeavour Advisory - US Market Development

The Opportunity and Challenge

The US market remains the largest in the world. The current economic environment creates a new imperative for US companies to improve their performance creating opportunities for growth-focused international firms. However, an inability to find trusted, US-based sales development support means many growth firms do not achieve their potential and incur unnecessary costs.

 The Solution

Endeavour Advisory's Demand Generation program allows clients to make in-person contact with prospects through a focused sales development effort that is cost effective, expert and trusted by clients.

Cost effective: Endeavour's market development program proactively and systematically reaches the whole target market and nurtures the best fit prospects. The program achieves at least double the reach at 60% of the cost of alternatives.

Expert: Endeavour's business development executives and management know complex sales offering broad US industry experience including software, hardware, telecom, life sciences, consumer goods and retail. Phil Rogers leads the program. He has over a decade of experience in the US including founding a top 100 New Zealand exporter and experience as a GM for a leading SaaS technology firm. He holds a MBA (High Honors - Boston University) and LLM (Honors - Victoria University).

Trusted: Endeavour's goal is to become trusted strategic partner with our clients acting as a seamless extension of their organizations with deep product, customer and capability knowledge built over long-term relationships.

Project Example

A NZ software company sought to systematically reach the 700+ organizations in North America that potentially could fit their ideal client profile. Endeavour collaborated with the client to develop a demand generation program that allowed the client to cost effectively build a detailed understanding of, and relationships with, their target market. The program is currently generating over USD 2.4M in 'A' rated opportunity pipeline each month for the client.
