Patient and staff experience measurement
We are looking for a solution to support our Patient Experience, Staff Experience and Patient Reported Outcomes programmes.
These programmes of work are in place to capture feedback to support quality improvement and/or service redesign projects to improve patient experience and outcomes. The ideal solution will allow us to survey using multiple methods eg. via emails, triggered from QR codes, or links from websites and can be completed through any devices type.
To support the scaling up of our programmes, we want a solution that would allow automated scheduling and a person centric view of completed surveys. The solution must have robust API options to allow for automated feeds for scheduling surveys and exporting of specific data.
